The invention provides a subway protection system using gratings. The subway protection system comprises a main controller, a plurality of adapters and a plurality of pairs of echelette gratings. Wherein the echelette grating is connected to the main controller through the adapter; an infrared transmitting head and an infrared receiving head in the infrared grating are respectively arranged on a metro vehicle door and a shielding door at the same detection position, and when the metro vehicle door and the shielding door are closed, the infrared transmitting head and the infrared receiving head at the same detection position are arranged oppositely; and the main controller is used for receiving the disconnection signal output by the echelette grating, and generating a protection signal when analyzing that an obstacle exists in the gap between the metro vehicle door and the shielding door according to the disconnection signal. The metro protection system can detect whether obstacles exist in the gap between the metro vehicle door and the shielding door or not, and the non-contact obstacle detection function in a metro is achieved.
本发明提供了一种应用光栅的地铁防护系统,包括主控制器、多个转接头以及多对红外光栅;其中红外光栅通过转换头连接至主控制器;红外光栅中红外发射头和红外接收头分别设置在同一探测位置处的地铁车辆车门和屏蔽门上,当地铁车辆车门和屏蔽门关闭时,同一探测位置处的红外发射头和红外接收头正对设置;主控制器用于接收红外光栅输出的断开信号,当根据断开信号分析出地铁车辆车门和屏蔽门的间隙中存在障碍物时,生成防护信号。该地铁防护系统能够检测地铁车辆车门和屏蔽门的间隙是否存在障碍物,实现地铁中无接触障碍物检测功能。
