The interaction method comprises the following steps: displaying a received charging service order in a cabin of a remote designated driving service, wherein the charging service order comprises information of a target charging parking space; in response to a start confirmation instruction of a safety officer in the cabin for the charging service order, when an area where the vehicle corresponding to the charging service order is located belongs to a first area, displaying an automatic driving start control of the vehicle in the cabin, the first area being an automatic driving available area of the vehicle; and in response to the operation of the safety officer on the automatic driving starting control, displaying the process of automatically driving the vehicle to the target charging parking space in the first area in the cabin. Interaction between the safety officer and the cabin is achieved in the cabin of the remote designated driving service, after the vehicle enters the first area, the safety officer starts automatic driving, the operation burden of the remote safety officer can be effectively relieved, and the privacy or article safety problem is avoided.
