In order to solve the problems that in summer, a seat is stuffy and uncomfortable due to the influence of heat of an engine, and the driving comfort of a driver is affected due to the poor damping effect of the seat, the damping cushion based on the phase-change material is designed, and sodium acetate trihydrate and expanded graphite are mixed to serve as the internal phase-change material of the cushion; the seat is cooled through the phase change process, and then the solar energy is utilized to drive the semiconductor chilling plate to refrigerate the phase change material. The hot end of the semiconductor chilling plate transmits heat to the water cooling heat dissipation end, water is sent to the roof through the water pump, water heat is taken away through wind on the roof, and therefore accumulated heat of the cushion is taken away. Meanwhile, the honeycomb structure is improved and applied to the cushion, so that the damping effect is achieved. The invention provides a convenient and effective solution for solving the problems of seat heating and strong seat vibration sense, so that the comfort of a driver in the driving process is greatly improved.
