The slope sliding control method of the electric forklift comprises the steps that speed ring PI adjustment is conducted on current operation parameters of a motor and target operation parameters of the motor, and a current adjustment instruction is obtained; the motor current operation parameters comprise motor current rotation speed, and the motor target operation parameters comprise motor target rotation speed; the motor output torque is adjusted according to the current adjusting instruction to adjust the current rotating speed of the motor of the electric forklift; cyclically judging whether the current rotating speed of the motor of the electric forklift is equal to the motor target rotating speed; if yes, ending the cycle judgment; and if not, the step of carrying out speed ring PI adjustment on the current running parameters of the motor and the target running parameters of the motor until whether the current rotating speed of the motor of the electric forklift is equal to the target rotating speed of the motor or not is executed again. According to the scheme, the speed of the electric forklift sliding on the slope is controlled, and the electric forklift sliding on the slope has good speed stability.
