A main liquid flowing cavity is formed between the heating table and the bottom shell; the branch flow inlet is communicated with the branch flow liquid cavity, and the main flow inlet and the flow outlet are both communicated with the main flow liquid cavity; a plurality of leaking holes are formed in the dripping table and are communicated with the branch liquid cavity and the evaporation cavity; the evaporation table and the heating table are arranged in an up-and-down clinging manner, through fin column mounting holes are formed in the evaporation table and the heating table, hollow fin columns are arranged in the fin column mounting holes, and the hollow fin columns are communicated with the evaporation cavity and the main flow liquid cavity; the heating table is used for heating liquid in the evaporation cavity and the main liquid flowing cavity at the same time. The branch heating mode and the main heating mode are organically combined, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the two sides of the heating film can heat fluid working media, and heat waste is avoided.

    本发明提供一种紧凑高效的新能源汽车加热器,包括壳体、滴漏台、蒸发台和加热台,壳体一侧设有支流入口和主流入口,另一侧设有流出口,滴漏台与顶部壳体之间形成支流液腔,滴漏台与蒸发台之间形成蒸发腔,加热台与底部壳体之间形成主流液腔;支流入口与支流液腔连通,主流入口和流出口均与主流液腔连通;滴漏台上设有若干漏孔,漏孔连通支流液腔和蒸发腔;蒸发台和加热台上下紧贴设置,且蒸发台和加热台上均设有贯穿的翅柱安装孔,翅柱安装孔内设有空心翅柱,空心翅柱连通蒸发腔和主流液腔;加热台用于对蒸发腔和主流液腔内的液体同时进行加热。支流、主流两种加热方式有机结合,换热效率高,加热膜两侧都能够加热流体工质,避免浪费热量。
