The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical traffic flow data of a plurality of target road sections; processing the historical traffic flow data through a random forest algorithm to obtain target data; and taking the target data as input, and training a long-short-term memory network model based on the attention mechanism to obtain a target model. According to the scheme of the invention, historical traffic flow data can be processed through the random forest algorithm, and data having small influence on a prediction result is eliminated, so that the calculation pressure of the model is reduced; according to the method, the time sequence features in the target data are extracted through the long-short-term memory network model, and the correlation of different features in the target data is considered by using an attention mechanism, so that the limitation of the influence of the sequence length is eliminated, and the prediction efficiency and the prediction accuracy can be ensured while the traffic flow parameters are predicted by using various factors.

    本发明提供了一种交通流预测模型确定方法、设备、装置及可读存储介质,属于车联网技术领域。该方法包括,获取多个目标路段的历史交通流数据;通过随机森林算法对所述历史交通流数据进行处理,得到目标数据;将所述目标数据作为输入,对基于注意力机制的长短期记忆网络模型进行训练,得到目标模型。本发明的方案,通过随机森林算法,能够对历史交通流数据进行处理,剔除对预测结果影响小的数据,从而减轻模型的计算压力;通过长短期记忆网络模型提取目标数据中时间序列特征,并利用注意力机制对目标数据中不同特征的相关性进行考量,解除了受序列长度影响的限制,能够在采用多种因素对交通流参数进行预测的同时保证预测效率和预测精确度。
