According to the device, the condensate water of the first-stage cooling coil pipe is independently discharged under negative pressure, the condensate water of the second-stage cooling coil pipe is independently discharged under positive pressure, and the positive-pressure condensate water and the negative-pressure condensate water of the ship air conditioner are simultaneously collected and discharged.
