The invention discloses a low-grade concrete long-distance pouring device based on a telescopic corrugated pipe, which belongs to the technical field of engineering equipment and comprises a truck chassis, an undercarriage and a pouring robot. According to the technical scheme, the truck chassis is adopted as a main carrier, the support is fixedly installed at the upper end of the truck chassis and used for stabilizing and supporting the stirring machine, and meanwhile the landing gear is arranged at the tail of the chassis, is telescopic and liftable and is used for stably placing the pouring robot on the ground. The two sides of the stirring machine are erected on the support, and a buffering material groove is formed below the stirring machine, is suitable for being pulled out from the bottom of the support and communicates with the pouring robot. During use, after the pouring robot is moved to the ground, the temporary storage material groove is drawn outwards, the stirring machine can discharge stirred concrete into the temporary storage material groove, and meanwhile, due to the fact that the temporary storage material groove is communicated with the pouring robot, the pouring robot can extract concrete slurry from the temporary storage material groove to pour the concrete slurry onto a riverbed.

    本发明公开了一种基于伸缩式波纹管的低标号混凝土长距离浇筑装置,属于工程设备技术领域,包括卡车底盘、起落架和浇筑机器人。本技术方案采用卡车底盘作为主要载具,其上端固定安装有支架,支架用于稳定并支撑搅拌机,同时底盘的尾部设置有起落架,起落架可伸缩,可升降,用于将浇筑机器人平稳放置在地面上。所述搅拌机的两侧架设在支架上,并且搅拌机下方设置有缓存料槽,适于在支架底部拉出,且与浇筑机器人连通。在使用时,浇筑机器人被下方到地面后,缓存料槽向外划出,搅拌机即可将搅拌好的混凝土排入到缓存料槽内,同时由于缓存料槽与浇筑机器人连通,浇筑机器人可以从缓存料槽抽取混泥土泥浆浇筑到河床上。
