The invention provides a tire tread material, and belongs to the technical field of tires. The rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of natural rubber, 20 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 20 parts of vulcanized rubber powder, 1.5 parts of zinc oxide, 80 parts of carbon black, 2 parts of sulfur, 1.5 parts of accelerant and 10 to 15 parts of carbon tube master batch. The invention further provides a tire with a heating function, the tire tread material is used for preparing a tire tread, and a heating system is arranged on the tire tread material. The comprehensive performance of the tire tread is improved, and conditions are created for using the same pattern in winter and summer of the tire.

    本发明提供了一种轮胎胎面材料,属于轮胎技术领域。本发明按照重量份计,包括天然橡胶80份、溶聚丁笨20份、硫化胶粉20份、氧化锌1.5份、炭黑80份、硫磺2份、促进剂1.5份,本发明还包括10‑15份的碳管母料。本发明还提供了具有加热功能的轮胎,利用本本发明的轮胎胎面材料制备轮胎胎面,并在其上设置加热系统。本发明提高了轮胎胎面的综合性能以及为达到轮胎冬夏季使用同一花纹创造条件。
