The stabilizing device comprises a crawler frame, the crawler frame is connected with a plurality of stabilizing mechanisms, the stabilizing mechanisms are provided with pressure reducing plates, the stabilizing mechanisms and a walking motor share a hydraulic source, the pressure reducing plates make contact with the ground when the crawler crane works, and a plurality of grounding areas are increased; when the crawler crane works, the grounding area of the crawler crane is changed from original crawler grounding to crawler and pressure reduction plate grounding, so that the grounding area is greatly increased, the grounding specific pressure is effectively reduced, and the ground pressure of the crawler crane can be effectively reduced by more than 50%; the hydraulic source is shared with the walking motor, extra cost is not increased, and the problems that an existing roadbed box is high in transportation cost and high in rental expense, and auxiliary machines are needed during laying can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机降低接地比压的稳定装置及使用方法,包括履带架,履带架连接有若干稳定机构,稳定机构设有减压板,稳定机构与行走马达共用液压源,若干稳定机构在履带起重机工作的时候减压板与地接触,增加若干触底面积;履带起重机作业时,履带起重机接地面积已由原履带接地变为履带及减压板接地,大大增加了接地面积从而有效降低了接地比压,能够有效降低履带起重机地面压力50%以上;与行走马达共用液压源不增加额外成本,能有效解决现有路基箱运输成本高、租赁费用昂贵、铺设时需要辅助机械等问题。
