The invention relates to an air brake control device, which comprises a control box body, the box body comprises a control guide groove, the guide groove comprises a plurality of gear marks, and the gear marks correspond to an air brake pre-position, an air brake withdrawing position and at least one air brake opening position; the speed brake handle comprises a fixed rod head and a connecting rod, and the connecting rod can move along the control guide groove; the locking device comprises a locking button matched with the fixed rod head, and the locking button can move between a first position and a second position, so that when the speed brake handle is in the speed brake pre-position or the speed brake retracting position, the locking button is in the first position, and when the speed brake handle is in at least one speed brake opening position, the locking button is in the second position. The locking button is in the second position. Thus, when the speed brake handle is located at different gears, the locking button can be located at different positions, the position change of the locking button can be sensed very directly when the speed brake handle is operated, and therefore misoperation is prevented.
