The invention discloses a steel wire drawing frame which comprises a fixed frame, a transverse translation frame and a longitudinal translation frame are arranged on the fixed frame, and a first fine adjustment part for driving the transverse translation frame to transversely translate is arranged on the fixed frame; the longitudinal translation frame is arranged on the transverse translation frame in a sliding connection manner; a second fine adjustment part for driving the longitudinal translation frame to longitudinally translate is arranged on the longitudinal translation frame; a steel wire threading and threading part is arranged on the longitudinal translation frame and comprises an upper pressing plate, a through hole allowing a steel wire to penetrate through is formed in the upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate is fixedly connected to the longitudinal translation frame, a horn-shaped expansion hole is formed in the end, close to the longitudinal translation frame, of the through hole, and a drooping hole is connected to the lower end of the expansion hole; and the steel wire threading part is also provided with a safety lock structure for locking the steel wire. The correction effect on slight movement of the steel wire during wire drawing is good, fine adjustment can be carried out, and the maintaining effect of the steel wire during long-time calibration is good. Further fine adjustment can be carried out on the original basis, and the wire drawing efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝拉线架,包括固定框架,固定框架上设有横向平移架和纵向平移架,固定框架上设有驱动横向平移架横向平移的第一微调部;纵向平移架滑动连接设置在横向平移架上,纵向平移架上设有驱动纵向平移架纵向平移的第二微调部;纵向平移架上设有钢丝穿纫部,钢丝穿纫部包括上压板,上压板设有供钢丝穿过的贯通孔,上压板固定连接在纵向平移架上,贯通孔靠近纵向平移架一端设有喇叭状的扩张孔,扩张孔的下端连接设有下垂孔,钢丝穿纫部还设有锁定钢丝的安全锁结构。对于钢丝在拉线时轻微的移动纠正效果较好,可以进行细微的调节,并且钢丝在长时间校准时的保持效果好。可以在原有基础上进行进一步精细调节,提高了拉线的效率。
