Comprising a mother ship hoisting device which comprises a hoisting steel cable, a conical body and a first steel cable pressing block, the conical body is of a cylindrical cone transition structure, a through hole is formed in the center of the conical body, the hoisting steel cable penetrates through the center of the conical body, and the tail end of the hoisting steel cable is fixedly connected with the conical body through the first steel cable pressing block; the unmanned ship comprises a ship body, radar and visible light integrated equipment and a lifting hook, the radar and visible light integrated equipment is used for target recognition and positioning in the unmanned ship recycling process, and the lifting hook serves as a lifting point of the unmanned ship and is fixedly connected with the unmanned ship; and the automatic retracting and releasing device is arranged on the unmanned ship, connected with the lifting hook and used for automatically capturing or releasing the mother ship lifting and releasing device. The system is simple in equipment and high in universality, through cooperation of the automatic take-up and pay-off device and the mother ship hoisting and pay-off device, the problem of automatic unhooking and hooking of the unmanned ship and the suspension arm mooring rope is solved, and the autonomy of laying and take-up of the unmanned ship is improved.
