The invention relates to an adjustable swing arm assembly, and belongs to the technical field of automobile key parts. The adjustable swing arm assembly comprises a ball head assembly and a swing arm body, the swing arm body is of an n-shaped structure. Two groups of bushes are symmetrically mounted at the lower end of the swing arm body; a ball head assembly is mounted at the end head of the upper end of the swing arm body through an assembly hole; the ball head assembly comprises an inner connecting base, an outer connecting base, a locking washer and a self-locking nut; an inner connecting base and an outer connecting base are arranged on the two sides of the swing arm body assembling hole respectively. A ball cup is arranged on one side of the inner connecting base; one end of the ball cup penetrates through the inner connecting base and then is sequentially provided with a locking washer and a self-locking nut.
