The invention discloses a manufacturing and assembling method of a vehicle sliding door, which comprises the following steps: punching and forming an outer plate and an inner plate of a vehicle door according to a preset size, and processing an edge covering die, and the preset size is offset relative to a design size; the vehicle door outer plate and the vehicle door inner plate are connected through the edge covering die, and a sliding door assembly is obtained; and the sliding door assembly is assembled on a vehicle body. In the embodiment provided by the invention, the mold surface is designed according to the preset size, so that the forming sizes of the vehicle door outer plate and the vehicle door inner plate are deviated to a certain extent relative to the design size provided by the vehicle model; therefore, adverse effects caused by deformation of the sliding door assembly due to the forming process, the acting force between the inner plate and the outer plate of the vehicle door and the counter-acting force of the sealing rubber strip on the sliding door are overcome, and the gap and the surface difference between the sliding door assembly and the vehicle body after the sliding door assembly is assembled on the vehicle body are guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种车辆滑门的制造装配方法,包括以预设的尺寸冲压成型车门外板和内板,以及加工包边模具,所述预设的尺寸相对设计尺寸发生偏置;利用所述包边模具连接所述车门外板和所述车门内板,得到滑门总成;将所述滑门总成装配于车身。在本发明提供的实施例中,以预设的尺寸设计模具面,使得所述车门外板和所述车门内板的成型尺寸相对车辆模型提供的设计尺寸发生一定的偏置,从而克服由于成型工艺、车门内外板之间的作用力、以及密封胶条对滑门的反作用力造成的滑门总成变形带来的不利影响,保证滑门总成装配于车身后与车身之间的间隙和面差。
