The electronic speed controller cover covers the upper part of the electronic speed controller, and the electronic speed controller cover is provided with a mounting part; the electronic speed controller radiator is mounted in the mounting part of the electronic speed controller cover, and the electronic speed controller radiator is in heat conduction connection with the electronic speed controller; and the elastic heat insulation piece is connected between the electronic speed controller cover and the electronic speed controller radiator. The electronic speed regulator assembly and the electronic speed regulator cover form a floating contact mode through the elastic heat insulation piece, the floating contact mode enables the electronic speed regulator and the electronic speed regulator radiator to be in more sufficient contact and pre-pressing, the thermal resistance of a contact interface is reduced to the maximum extent, and the heat exchange efficiency is further improved; meanwhile, the electric speed controller radiator and the electric speed controller cover are subjected to heat insulation through the elastic heat insulation piece, heat of the electric speed controller cover cannot be transmitted to the electric speed controller radiator, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the electric speed controller radiator on the electronic speed controller is higher.
