The invention discloses a radiator assembly for electronic speed controllers. The two electronic speed controllers comprise: a radiator main body arranged between the two electronic speed controllers; heat conduction metal which is arranged on the radiator main body, so that the two electronic speed controllers can be in contact with the heat conduction metal; and a radiating pipe which is arranged on the radiator main body, wherein the radiating pipe comprises a heated end, a pipe body and a radiating end which are connected in sequence, and the heat conduction metal is connected with the heated end, so that heat generated by the two electronic speed controllers can be transmitted to the heat dissipation pipe through the heat conduction metal. According to the radiator assembly for the electronic speed controllers, the electronic speed controller assembly, the power system and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided by the invention, most heat generated by the electronic speed controllers can be quickly transferred to the radiating pipe through the heat conduction metal on the radiator main body, so that the radiator assembly arranged between the first electronic speed controller and the second electronic speed controller is utilized to effectively radiate heat of the two electronic speed controllers at the same time, and the stability and reliability of the electronic speed controllers are improved.
