The invention discloses an electric vehicle and a sintering detection method and detection device for a direct current charging contactor of the electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining a sintering detection result of the direct current charging contactor through detecting the voltage of a direct current charging port of the electric vehicle when the direct current charging of the electric vehicle is finished; when the electric vehicle is powered on, if it is determined that sintering detection of the direct-current charging contactor is not completed according to the sintering detection result of the direct-current charging contactor, sintering detection is conducted on the direct-current charging contactor again by detecting the voltage of the direct-current charging port of the electric vehicle when a direct-current charging port cover of the electric vehicle is in a normal closing state. According to the sintering detection method, the sintering state of the direct current charging contactor can be safely, reliably and timely detected, and the electric shock risk caused by electrification of the direct current charging port due to sintering of the direct current charging contactor is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种电动车辆及其直流充电接触器的烧结检测方法及检测装置,所述方法包括:在电动车辆直流充电结束时,通过检测电动车辆的直流充电口电压以确定直流充电接触器的烧结检测结果;在电动车辆上电时,如果根据直流充电接触器的烧结检测结果确定直流充电接触器的烧结检测未完成,则在电动车辆的直流充电口盖处于正常关闭状态时通过检测电动车辆的直流充电口电压以对直流充电接触器进行再次烧结检测。本发明的烧结检测方法,能够安全、可靠、及时的检测直流充电接触器的烧结状态,有效避免因直流充电接触器烧结导致直流充电口带电引发的触电风险。
