    本发明涉及一种工程胎轮胎低生热下胎面胶及其制备方法,工程胎轮胎低生热下胎面胶由如下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶55‑65份,炭黑12‑17份,白炭黑13‑18份,硅烷偶联剂1‑2份,氧化锌2‑3份,硬脂酸1‑2份,防老剂1.5‑2.5份,硫磺0.5‑1.5份,促进剂0.5‑1.5份,防焦剂0.1‑0.2份。与现有技术相比,本发明通过在配方中使用高含量的白炭黑以降低胶料的生热性能,加入高含量的硅烷偶联剂提高胶料的抗返原性,同时胶料的撕裂性能,屈挠性能也有大幅的提高,改善工程胎子午线轮胎的物理性能,延长轮胎使用寿命,降低成本,提高效益。
