The invention discloses a crane closed-loop anti-swing method based on optical detection of a swing angle of a crane lifting appliance, which comprises the following steps of: controlling coordinated work of each driving motor by adopting an encoder, a frequency converter and an anti-swing system, analyzing a swing length parameter fed back by the encoder, and detecting the swing angle of a lifted heavy object through an optical swing angle detection system; and acceleration and deceleration of the large and small cars are controlled in real time, so that the large and small cars of the crane are prevented from generating load swing in the moving process. The invention has the advantages of simple control, simple operation, small crane swing amount and small load movement swing amount.

    本发明公开一种基于光学检测起重机吊具摇摆角的起重机闭环防摇摆方法,通过采用编码器、变频器以及防摇摆系统对各个驱动电机的协调工作控制,分析编码器反馈的摆长参数,通过光学摇摆角检测系统检测起吊重物的摇摆角度,实时地控制大小车的加减速,从而起到防止起重机大车以及小车在运动的过程中产生负荷摇摆。本发明控制简单,操作简便,起重机摇摆量小,负载移动摆动量少。
