The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft cooling, and particularly discloses a thermal protection method for reducing the infrared characteristic of the outer surface of a hypersonic aircraft, water or a refrigerant is stored in an aircraft body, a compression pump operates, and liquid stored in a liquid storage tank is pumped into a conveying pipeline; the refrigerant flows in the conveying pipeline, and a layer of water film or liquid film is formed on the outer surface of the aircraft body; the water film or the liquid film is heated on the outer surface of the aircraft body, the working medium quickly absorbs heat through three processes of unsaturated liquid, gas-liquid two-phase flow and superheated gas, and finally water or steam of other liquid or a gas cooling film after a refrigerant is vaporized is generated; and a gas cooling film generated after the formed water film or liquid film absorbs heat can effectively isolate infrared signals on the outer surface, so that infrared radiation on the outer surface is isolated for parts, which bear extremely high heat flux through pneumatic heating, of an aircraft, and the infrared emission temperature of the outer surface is reduced.

    本发明属于飞行器降温技术领域,具体公开了一种用于高超声速飞行器外表面降低红外特征的热防护方法,飞行器本体内部储存着水或制冷剂,压缩泵运作,将储液罐中储存的液体泵入到输送管道中;制冷剂在输送管道中流动,在飞行器本体外表面形成一层水膜或者液态膜;水膜或者液态膜在飞行器本体外表面上被加热,工质经过“未饱和液体‑气液两相流‑过热气体”三个过程快速吸收热量,最终生成水或者其他液体的蒸气或者制冷剂汽化后的气体冷却膜;形成的水膜或液态膜吸热后生成的气体冷却膜可以有效隔离外表面红外信号,针对飞行器经由气动加热而承受极高热流密度的部件实现隔绝外表面红外辐射,降低外表面红外发射温度。
