The invention relates to a power assisting device of a medium-heavy commercial vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of parts of the medium-heavy commercial vehicle. One end of the middle shell is provided with a power-assisted motor through a connecting shell, an NW planetary speed reducing mechanism is arranged in the connecting shell between the power-assisted motor and the middle shell, the power-assisted motor is connected with the NW planetary speed reducing mechanism, the other end of the middle shell is provided with a movable tooth speed reducing mechanism through a protective shell, and the movable tooth speed reducing mechanism is connected with the NW planetary speed reducing mechanism through a movable tooth input shaft. A movable tooth output shaft is installed on the outer side of the movable tooth speed reducing mechanism through a protective shell, and a control mechanism is installed on the top of the middle shell and connected with the movable tooth speed reducing mechanism in an engaged mode. According to the power assisting device, the NW planetary speed reducing mechanism and the oscillating tooth speed reducing mechanism are combined into a two-stage speed reducing mechanism, torque required by various steering functions of the whole vehicle is provided after output torque of the power assisting motor is subjected to speed reduction and torque increase twice, and the steering power assisting torque requirements of different medium-duty and heavy-duty commercial vehicles are met.

    本发明涉及一种中重型商用车的助力装置,属中重型商用车零部件技术领域。中间壳体一端通过联结壳体装有助力电机,助力电机与中间壳体之间的联结壳体内装有NW行星减速机构,助力电机与NW行星减速机构连接,中间壳体另一端通过保护外壳装有活齿减速机构,活齿减速机构通过活齿输入轴与NW行星减速机构连接,活齿减速机构的外侧通过保护外壳装有活齿输出轴,中间壳体顶部装有操控机构,操控机构与活齿减速机构啮合连接。该助力装置通过NW行星减速机构和活齿减速机构组合成两级减速机构,通过将助力电机的输出扭矩两次减速增扭后,提供整车各种转向功能所需的扭矩,满足不同中、重型商用车的转向助力扭矩要求。
