The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle power batteries, in particular to a heating control method and device of a power battery, a vehicle and a storage medium. If the current temperature is smaller than the heating threshold value, a pre-calibrated first corresponding table is inquired according to the current temperature and the current state of charge (SOC) of the power battery, and the highest voltage of the power battery in the heating process is obtained; and if the maximum voltage in the heating process is smaller than the cut-off voltage of the power battery, controlling the power battery to perform instant pulse heating, otherwise, stopping the instant pulse heating of the power battery. Therefore, the problems that the performance of the power battery is low and the safety of the battery cannot be ensured due to the fact that the control strategy of the battery heating process is inaccurate and the overvoltage risk of the power battery occurs easily in the related technology are solved.
