The invention relates to a rear axle middle section assembly of an independent suspension. The rear axle middle section assembly comprises a rear axle box body, a bearing seat, an output shaft assembly, a differential case assembly and a rear cover assembly, a differential case assembly is arranged in the rear axle box body; bearing seats are respectively arranged at two ends of the rear axle box body; one end of the output shaft assembly penetrates through the bearing seat and is connected with the differential shell assembly, and the other end of the output shaft assembly is connected with the bearing seat; a rear cover assembly is arranged at the lower end of the rear axle box body. The structure is compact, the weight is reduced, the distance between the left and right output axles and the center of the bridge is shortest, the turning radius of a vehicle body is reduced, and the device is suitable for various workplaces; a central ABS is arranged, so that the stability can be improved and the steering controllability of the automobile can be improved when sideslip occurs in emergency braking or tires are locked; meanwhile, due to the fact that the automobile crane is low in running speed and low in rotating speed of the output shaft, the oil immersion lubrication design is adopted, and all parts in the rear axle box body are lubricated and cooled.

    本发明涉及一种独立悬架后桥中段总成,包括后桥箱体、轴承座、输出轴总成、差速器壳总成及后盖总成;后桥箱体内设有差速器壳总成;后桥箱体两端分别设有轴承座;输出轴总成一端穿过轴承座,与差速器壳总成连接,输出轴总成另一端与轴承座连接;后桥箱体下端设有后盖总成。本发明结构紧凑并减轻重量,左右输出轴距桥中心距离最短,降低车身转弯半径,适用于各类作业场所;带中央ABS,在紧急制动发生侧滑或者轮胎抱死时,能够增加稳定性,增加汽车的转向操控性;同时,因汽车起重机行驶速度低,输出轴转速低,采用浸油润滑设计,对后桥箱体内各部件进行润滑及降温。
