The invention provides a vehicle heat insulation system, a vehicle with the same and a vehicle heat insulation method. According to the vehicle heat insulation system, a battery box body is connected with a vehicle body, a battery pack is arranged in the battery box body, and the battery box body is provided with a battery pack upper cover; the vehicle body bottom plate is connected with the battery pack upper cover, a sealing piece is arranged between the vehicle body bottom plate and the battery pack upper cover, at least one liquid storage area is formed among the sealing piece, the vehicle body bottom plate and the battery pack upper cover, and the liquid storage area is used for storing cooling liquid; the liquid supply system at least comprises a guide pipe and a liquid storage tank, the first end of the guide pipe communicates with a liquid outlet pipe of the liquid storage tank, the second end of the guide pipe penetrates through the vehicle body bottom plate to communicate with the liquid storage area, and the guide pipe is used for introducing cooling liquid into the liquid storage area so as to cool the battery pack. According to the scheme, the liquid storage area is arranged to cool the battery with thermal runaway, heat is prevented from spreading to a vehicle body after the power battery is on fire, and the technical problem that in the prior art, the whole vehicle accident is caused by battery fire is solved.

    本发明提供了一种车辆隔热系统及具有其的车辆、车辆隔热方法。车辆隔热系统包括:电池箱体与车身连接,电池箱体内设置有电池包,电池箱体具有电池包上盖;车身底板,车身底板与电池包上盖连接,车身底板与电池包上盖之间设置有密封件,密封件、车身底板与电池包上盖之间形成至少一个储液区域,储液区域用于存储冷却液;供液系统至少包括导管和储液罐,导管的第一端与储液罐的出液管连通,导管的第二端穿过车身底板与储液区域连通,导管用于将冷却液通入储液区域内,以对电池包进行冷却降温。本方案设置储液区域以对发生热失控的电池进行冷却降温,避免动力电池着火后热量向车身蔓延,解决了现有技术中电池起火引起整车事故的技术问题。
