The invention discloses a rotary locking mechanism with a memory positioning function. The front end of a connecting rod is detachably and fixedly connected to an upper displayer and can rotate along with rotation of the upper displayer, and the rear end of the connecting rod penetrates through a lower displayer and is connected with a rotary locking piece of an engine disc. The translation end tooth piece and the transposition double-face tooth piece are sequentially arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode from back to front, end teeth are arranged on the front end face of the translation end tooth piece and can be matched with the rear end teeth of the transposition double-face tooth piece in an engaged mode, the front end teeth of the transposition double-face tooth piece are matched with a lower displayer in an engaged mode, and an ejector rod is arranged at the front end of the transposition double-face tooth piece. The convex block can be matched with the convex block on the upper display; a sliding block is formed in the middle of the connecting rod and can be matched with a sliding hole formed in the center of the translation end tooth piece, and the translation end tooth piece is arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode and can slide in the axial direction of the connecting rod. And the compression spring is sleeved outside the translation end tooth piece and the transposition double-sided tooth piece. The positioning device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of memorizing the optimal positioning angle, saves adjusting time and improves use efficiency.
