The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and particularly discloses expansion anti-winding traction equipment and a using method thereof. The traction equipment comprises a portal frame, a field winding machine, a hoisting mechanism, a fixed pulley and guide pulley blocks, wherein the field winding machine is installed on the portal frame, and two sets of cables are wound on a winding drum of the field winding machine; the hoisting mechanism is connected with the two sets of cables; the fixed pulley is installed in cooperation with one set of cables; the hoisting mechanism is positioned between the fixed pulley and the guide pulley block; one group of cables penetrates through the corresponding guide pulley block and is connected with one side, far away from the fixed pulley, of the hoisting mechanism; and the other group of cables sequentially penetrate through the corresponding guide pulley blocks and the hoisting mechanisms, bypass the fixed pulleys and then are connected with the sides, away from the fixed pulleys, of the hoisting mechanisms. Linear reciprocating motion of a product to be dragged can be achieved only through cooperation of one winch and two cables, use of one winch is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; the structure is simple, and the usability is high.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,具体公开了一种扩容防缠绕牵引设备及其使用方法;牵引设备包括门架、安装在门架上且卷筒上缠绕有两组线索的卷场机、与两组线索分别连接的吊装机构、与其中一组线索配合安装的定滑轮、以及用于对两组线索导向且一一对于设置的导向滑轮组;所述吊装机构位于定滑轮与导向滑轮组之间;其中一组线索穿过对应的导向滑轮组且与吊装机构远离定滑轮的一侧连接;另外一组线索依次穿过对应的导向滑轮组、吊装机构且绕过定滑轮后与吊装机构远离定滑轮的一侧连接。本发明中只需采用一组卷扬机与两组线索的配合即可实现待牵引产品的直线往复运动,减少了一组卷扬机的使用,降低了施工成本;结构简单、使用性强。
