    本发明涉及一种单轨吊轨道安装维护一体自动化作业装置。为克服现有技术缺陷、填补现有技术空白,本单轨吊轨道安装维护一体自动化作业装置包括承载梁、动力厢和多个承载小车,承载梁上设有四个液压支撑腿,每个液压支撑腿均包括缸筒和柱塞,并分别配有液压操控阀组,每个液压支撑腿外均套有伸缩套管,伸缩套管包括内套管和外套管,外套管上部分别焊有一对内突板和一对外突板,并分别设有水平铰接轴,内突板上的水平铰接轴直接或间接铰接在所述承载梁的侧壁上,外突板上的水平铰接轴铰接在一调节液压缸上,调节液压缸另一端铰接固定在承载梁上,调节液压缸伸缩时可调节液压支撑腿的倾斜角度。本发明接顶方便,受力平衡,适合煤矿井下使用。
