The motor heat dissipation structure and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided by the invention have the characteristic of good heat dissipation effect, the heat dissipation hardware is embedded in the mounting seat, and the heat conduction part of the heat dissipation hardware is in contact with the motor main body, so that heat generated by the motor main body is conducted to the heat dissipation part of the heat dissipation hardware, and the heat is dissipated out through the heat dissipation part; therefore, the influence of heat generated by the motor body on the mounting base is reduced, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.
