The invention provides a high-voltage platform charging system and method for an electric vehicle. The system comprises a vehicle control unit, a power battery pack, a high-voltage distribution box, a direct-current fast-charging boosting device, a direct-current charging port, an OBC and DCDC two-in-one module and an alternating-current charging port. The vehicle control unit is used for detecting the direct current voltage of the charging pile end during direct current charging and generating a corresponding instruction to control the bypass contactor of the direct current fast charging boosting device to be connected or disconnected according to the direct current voltage of the charging pile end and the voltage of the power battery pack. Direct-current charging is carried out after a main contactor and a pre-charging contactor in the power battery pack are controlled to be connected through a BMS (Battery Management System); and when the vehicle control unit detects alternating current charging, the OBC and DCDC two-in-one module is activated, the voltage of the alternating current charging pile is raised to preset voltage, and alternating current charging is carried out after a main contactor and a pre-charging contactor in the power battery pack are controlled to be attracted through a BMS. Through the scheme, current different types of charging piles can be compatible, and full charging of the power battery can be guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车高电压平台充电系统及方法,该系统包括整车控制器、动力电池包、高压配电箱、直流快充升压装置、直流充电口、OBC与DCDC二合一模块、交流充电口;整车控制器用于在直流充电时,检测充电桩端直流电压,根据充电桩端直流电压和动力电池包电压,生成对应的指令控制接通或断开直流快充升压装置的旁通接触器,并通过BMS控制接通所述动力电池包中的主接触器与预充接触器后进行直流充电;当整车控制器检测到交流充电时,激活所述OBC与DCDC二合一模块,将交流充电桩电压抬升至预定电压,并通过BMS控制吸合所述动力电池包中的主接触器与预充接触器后进行交流充电。通过该方案不仅可以兼容当前不同类型的充电桩,而且能够保障动力电池满充。
