The invention discloses an intelligent management system for tire pressure and tire temperature of a tire, which can more accurately improve the safety management of the tire pressure and tire temperature of an airplane and improve the safety coefficient of taking off and landing of the airplane. According to the technical scheme, updating of surrounding environment information, position and flight height information of an aircraft is achieved through a sensor, and therefore whether the tire pressure of tires of the aircraft meets the requirements of follow-up flight actions or not is estimated. Meanwhile, the changes of the tire temperature and the tire pressure are monitored in real time, the tire condition is treated in time through the pressure supplementing device, the pressure releasing device and the cooling device when pressure supplementing, pressure releasing and cooling are needed, and the device is shut down after the needed conditions are met. Especially, the tire temperature and tire pressure pre-estimation method can pre-estimate the tire pressure and the tire temperature required in different scenes in advance.

    本发明公开了轮胎胎压、胎温智能管理系统,可以更精确的提升飞机胎压、胎温的安全管理,提升飞机的起飞、降落的安全系数。其技术方案为:通过传感器实现对飞机周边环境信息及位置、飞行高度信息的更新,以此估算飞机的轮胎胎压是否已经满足后续飞行动作的要求。同时,实时监测胎温、胎压的变化,在需要补压、泄压、降温的时候通过补、泄压装置、降温装置实现对轮胎情况的及时处理,达到需要的条件后关停该装置。尤其是其中的对胎温、胎压的预估方法,能够提前预估不同场景下所需的胎压和胎温。
