The invention discloses a composite material, a battery box and an automobile, all layers of structures of the composite material are sequentially laid from outside to inside to form a lower box body of the battery box, the composite material comprises a main body layer and two anti-oxidation coatings, and the main body layer comprises a woven layer formed by weaving carbon fibers and glass fibers in a mixed mode; the two anti-oxidation coatings are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body layer. The composite material provided by the invention is provided with the effective anti-oxidation layer suitable for the lower box body of the new energy automobile battery, and the oxidation resistance, the impact resistance and the energy storage modulus of the lower box body of the composite material battery can be remarkably improved through a reasonable mixed fabric mode and a specific area additionally provided with the reinforcing layer and designed in a variable-thickness mode; damage after impact is reduced, bending performance is improved, and stability of the box body is improved; the material cost is greatly reduced on the premise of meeting the use conditions, and a reference scheme is further provided for the design of the woven composite material and the application of the woven composite material to new energy automobiles.

    本发明公开一种复合材料、电池箱和汽车,其中,所述复合材料的各层结构由外到内依次铺设构成电池箱的下箱体,包括主体层以及两个抗氧化涂层,所述主体层包括碳纤维和玻璃纤维混杂编织的编织层;所述两个抗氧化涂层分别设于所述主体层的两侧。本发明提供的复合材料具有适合新能源汽车电池下箱体的有效抗氧化层、合理的混杂织物方式以及变厚度设计的增设加强层的特定区域能够显著提高复合材料电池下箱体的抗氧化性、抗冲击性、储能模量;降低冲击后损伤、以及改善弯曲性能增加箱体稳定性;在满足使用条件的前提下大幅降低材料成本,进一步为编织复合材料的设计及在新能源汽车上的应用提供参考方案。
