The invention relates to the technical field of ship power systems, and particularly discloses a new energy ship power supply system which comprises a photovoltaic cell assembly, a photovoltaic controller, a hydrogen storage tank, a hydrogen fuel cell, a fuel cell controller, a main controller, at least three storage battery packs and at least three battery managers. The photovoltaic controller is respectively connected with the storage battery packs, the hydrogen fuel cell is connected with the fuel cell controller, the fuel cell controller is respectively connected with the storage battery packs, each storage battery pack is connected with one cell manager, and the main controller is respectively in signal connection with the photovoltaic controller, the fuel cell controller and the cell managers. Control switches connected with the main controller are arranged between the storage battery pack and the photovoltaic controller, between the storage battery pack and the fuel cell controller, and between the storage battery pack and the direct current bus. The system has the advantages of high flexibility, stable power supply, cost saving and energy loss reduction.
