The invention relates to an urban roadside illegal parking vehicle detection method and system based on intelligent video equipment. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring roadside video data by adopting a camera carried by the intelligent video equipment; s2, preprocessing the road side video data; s3, according to the roadside image data set; s4, inputting the road side video data to be tested into the trained instance segmentation algorithm; and S5, tracking a mask surface of an off-line vehicle by using a two-dimensional Kalman filter. And S6, generating feature points of a moving object in the video by adopting a motion judgment method. And S7, performing joint illegal parking judgment processing of the plurality of terminals, and if a certain off-line static vehicle is repeatedly detected by different devices and the interval between the detection time and the first detection time is greater than a certain threshold value, judging that the vehicle is an illegal parking vehicle. According to the invention, the illegal parking phenomenon of the vehicle at the roadside parking space can be accurately detected, the use of roadside parking resources can be standardized, and the roadside illegal parking phenomenon can be effectively supervised.

    本发明涉及一种基于智能视频设备的城市路侧违停车辆检测方法及系统,包括以下步骤:步骤S1:采用智能视频设备搭载的摄像头获取路侧视频数据;步骤S2:将路侧视频数据进行预处理;步骤S3:根据路侧图像数据集;步骤S4:将待测路侧视频据输入训练后的实例分割算法;步骤S5:采用二维卡尔曼滤波器跟踪线外车辆的掩膜面。步骤S6:采用运动判断方法产生视频中运动物体的特征点。步骤S7:多个终端的联合违停判别处理,若某一线外静止车辆被不同设备重复检测,并且与第一次检测时间的间隔大于一定的阈值,则判定为违停车辆。本发明可以准确检测路侧停车位车辆违停现象,有助于规范路侧停车资源的使用,有效地对路侧违停现象进行监管。
