The invention belongs to the technical field of ship machinery, and particularly relates to a novel adjusting valve coupler for a ship. Along with the increase of the power of a main unit, the steam inlet amount of the regulating valve is correspondingly increased, and the lift of the valve is increased, so that the overall height of the regulating valve is increased. As the mounting height of the marine valve is limited, the maintenance space of the regulating valve is reduced. A certain axial space is needed when a traditional marine regulating valve coupler is disassembled and assembled, and meanwhile due to the fact that the space is limited, a clamping spring and a sleeve are inconvenient to disassemble and assemble. The novel marine adjusting valve coupler is used for achieving connection of an adjusting valve rod and a transmission device connecting rod, the axial space needed for disassembling and assembling of an adjusting valve can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile the pointer and the installation plate of the displacement sensor are installed on the coupler and used for field observation and feedback of the valve position.

    本发明属于船舶机械技术领域,具体涉及一种新型船用调节阀联轴器。随着主机组功率的增加,调节阀进汽量也相应增加,阀门升程增大,这就导致调节阀整体高度尺寸增加。由于船用阀门安装高度尺寸有限,这就导致调节阀检修空间减少。传统的船用调节阀联轴器拆装时需要一定的轴向空间,同时由于空间有限,卡簧和套筒的拆装较为不便。本发明设计了一种新型船用调节阀联轴器,用于实现调节阀阀杆和传动装置连杆的连接,可有效减少调节阀拆装所需的轴向空间,同时在联轴器上安装了指针和位移传感器的安装板,用于阀位的现场观察和反馈。
