The hoisting speed of the super-lifting equipment during rope winding and unwinding is actively adjusted on the basis of the target rope length value, the situation that the lifting arm is reversely warped or the deflection is too large in the telescopic process of the lifting arm is avoided, and the super-lifting equipment can be suitable for the scene with the requirement for high tension of the super-long lifting arm.
