The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure construction, in particular to a hoisting assembly for in-situ turnover of a large component and a steel box girder in-situ turnover method. The hoisting assembly comprises movable connecting structures at least arranged on the two sides of the component and a steel wire rope connecting the movable connecting structures with the crane, the movable connecting structure on each side at least comprises two movable turning points connected with the steel wire rope and the component, and the two movable turning points are further used as hoisting points of the steel wire rope and the component. According to the invention, high equipment purchase cost is saved, and the size of the hoisted component is not limited any more; the'movable connection structure 'provided by the invention has the characteristics of small size and almost no weight, so that the weight of the hoisted steel member is not additionally increased, and the hoisting weight of hoisting equipment is not additionally increased; and therefore, the requirement on hoisting equipment required by hoisting operation of the large steel member is reduced.

    本发明涉及钢结构的施工技术领域,具体是一种用于大型构件原位翻身的吊装组件及钢箱梁原位翻身方法;所述吊装组件包括至少设置在构件两侧的活动连接结构以及将活动连接结构与吊机连接的钢丝绳,每一侧的活动连接结构至少包括分别与钢丝绳、构件相连接的两个活动转点,并且该两个活动转点还作为钢丝绳、构件的吊点使用。本发明省去了高昂的设备购置费用并且被吊装构件的尺寸也不再受到限制;同样通过吊装来实现钢构件的“原位翻身”,本发明所提出的“活动连接结构”具有体积小巧以及几乎没有重量的特点,因此不会额外增加被吊钢构件的重量,也不会额外增加吊装设备的吊装重量,从而使得大型钢构件的吊装作业所需的起吊设备的要求得以降低。
