An eccentric pin connected with the variable pitch block is fixedly arranged at the end of the paddle assembly, the first supporting table and the second supporting table are both integrally formed with the sliding block, a limiting block is connected to the sliding block, and the end of the limiting block protrudes out of the edge of the sliding block in the direction parallel to the center line of a pin hole. The end face of the end, facing the sliding block, of the paddle assembly is in sliding fit with the limiting block.
