A wing-shaped sail boosting system control method under the complex marine meteorological condition comprises the steps that a sail is rotated to the angle with the minimum stress, an action mechanism of the sail is controlled to achieve rising of the sail, and according to the angle where the sail is rotated to be capable of providing the maximum boosting force, the ship motion load of one year of the northern Atlantic Ocean is taken as the standard; the actual motion load of a ship is monitored, whether sail descending is needed or not is judged, the current working state of a sail and the state of the ship are evaluated, whether changes of conditions such as the working condition, the meteorological environment, the ship motion and the abnormal condition exist or not is judged, and sail descending needs to be conducted according to a corresponding control method. And rotating the sail to an angle with the minimum stress to prepare to descend the sail, controlling an action mechanism of the sail to realize descending of the sail, and rotating the sail to a recovery state. The lifting control method suitable for different ship navigational speeds and wind speeds is formed for wing-shaped sail boosting devices with different numbers and section numbers, and the purpose of optimal sail operation under the complex storm environment is achieved.

    一种复杂海洋气象条件下的翼型风帆助推系统控制方法,将风帆旋转至受力最小的角度,控制风帆的动作机构实现风帆的升起,根据对旋转风帆至能够提供最大助推力的角度,以北大西洋1年1遇的船舶运动载荷为标准,对船舶实际运动载荷进行监测,判断是否需要降帆,对目前风帆的工作状态以及船舶状态进行评估,判断是否存在作业工况、气象环境、船舶运动以及异常状况等条件的变化,需要根据相应的控制方法进行降帆,旋转风帆至受力最小的角度准备降帆,控制风帆的动作机构实现风帆的下降后,将风帆旋转至回收状态。本发明针对不同数量、节数的翼型风帆助推装置,形成了适用于不同船舶航速、风速的升降控制方法,达到了复杂风浪环境下最优的操帆目的。
