The method comprises the steps that S1, a main deck middle assembly, a bow transverse bulkhead middle assembly with a guide rail frame and a stern transverse bulkhead middle assembly with a guide rail frame are built and obtained; wherein the stern transverse bulkhead middle assemblage with the guide rail bracket is constructed by taking the stern transverse bulkhead as a base plane and pre-burying a jig frame based on the guide rail bracket; the bow transverse bulkhead middle assemblage with the guide rail bracket is constructed based on a plane jig frame by taking a stern transverse bulkhead as a base plane; s2, the main deck middle assemblage, the bow transverse bulkhead middle assemblage with the guide rail frame and the stern transverse bulkhead middle assemblage with the guide rail frame are folded to obtain independent small segments, and then a final transverse hatch coaming is obtained; the guide rail frame is installed in the transverse bulkhead in an assembling stage in advance, high-altitude operation of the guide rail frame is converted into flat ground operation, the operation difficulty of the guide rail frame is effectively reduced, and the operation safety and the installation precision are improved; in addition, the guide rail frame is installed in a forward-moving mode, and therefore occupation of a total assembly platform is effectively reduced.
本发明提供一种集装箱船的横向舱口围建造合拢方法,包括:S1、搭建获得主甲板中组立、带导轨架的艏部横舱壁中组立和带导轨架的艉部横舱壁中组立;其中,带导轨架的艉部横舱壁中组立以其艉部横舱壁为基面,并基于导轨架预埋胎架建造而成;带导轨架的艏部横舱壁中组立以其艉部横舱壁为基面,基于平面胎架建造而成;S2、将主甲板中组立与带导轨架的艏部横舱壁中组立、带导轨架的艉部横舱壁中组立合拢获得独立小分段,进而获得最终的横向舱口围;本发明将导轨架提前至横舱壁中组立阶段进行安装,将导轨架的高空作业转化为平地作业,有效降低导轨架的作业难度,提高作业安全性和安装精度;此外,导轨架的前移安装,也有效减少对总组平台的占用。
