The battery replacing floating island comprises a floating island body, a battery storage assembly and a battery conveying assembly, the floating island body is arranged in an operation water area of a device to be subjected to battery replacement; the battery storage assembly is arranged at the rear end of the floating island body and used for storing a charged battery conveyed by a charging station and a to-be-charged battery replaced by a to-be-replaced device; the battery conveying assembly is arranged at the front end of the floating island body and used for conveying the to-be-charged batteries replaced by the to-be-replaced device to the battery storage area and conveying the charged batteries in the battery storage area to the to-be-replaced device. The floating island at least has the following advantages that the floating island body is arranged in the running water area of a device to be subjected to battery replacement, the battery storage assembly can transfer and store batteries in a unified mode, and when the device to be subjected to battery replacement stops, battery replacement work can be started immediately without waiting; the battery conveying assembly can quickly complete battery input and output, the battery replacement speed and efficiency are further improved, and the battery replacement platform is efficient and safe.
