The contact position of gas and the water surface is changed by adjusting the included angle between the Tesla valve and the water surface, so that the resistance between the ship and the water surface is changed, energy conservation and resistance reduction of the ship are achieved, when the ship is not used, the air outlet hole of the Tesla valve is retracted, water flow is prevented from intruding into a cabin, the air outlet hole can be prevented from being blocked, and the service life of the ship is prolonged. And resistance reduction work of the ship is not facilitated.
