The valve comprises an upper acting cover, a valve body and a lower cover which are sequentially connected, an acting piston is installed in a piston cavity, an acting diaphragm plate is connected between the valve body and the lower cover, the inner side of the acting diaphragm plate is connected with the acting piston, the acting piston is connected with a piston rod, and the piston rod is sealed with the valve body and the lower cover through O-shaped rings. A channel enabling a piston on the upper side of the acting diaphragm plate to be communicated with a train pipe cavity is formed in the valve body, an acting valve seat is arranged between the main air cavity and the train pipe cavity, an acting valve spring is connected into the acting upper cover and connected with a double-rubber valve rod, supporting rings are arranged at the two ends of the double-rubber valve rod, and O-shaped rings are connected to the supporting rings. An O-shaped ring at the upper end of the double-rubber valve rod is in lap joint with the acting valve seat, and an O-shaped ring at the lower end of the double-rubber valve rod is in lap joint with the upper end of the piston rod. The high-control-precision relay valve for the locomotive brake is high in control precision, and reduced pressure can be reduced to zero.
