According to the braking method for achieving zero dragging of the braking system, the pressure in the caliper at the wheel end is changed by controlling work of the pressure cylinder and opening and closing of the liquid outlet valve, so that the caliper piston moves, zero dragging of the braking system is achieved, and the gap between the caliper piston is eliminated by transmitting small pressure generated by the pressure cylinder to the caliper at the wheel end; the liquid quantity required by a brake system is prevented from being increased, so that the use of the oil quantity is effectively reduced, the loss is reduced, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient.

    本发明提供一种实现制动系统零拖滞的制动方法,通过控制增压缸工作和出液阀的开合,使轮端卡钳内压力变化,从而使卡钳活塞进行移动,实现制动系统零拖滞,以及在通过增压缸产生较小压力传递给轮端卡钳来消除卡钳活塞的间隙,避免制动系统所需液量增加,从而有效的减少了油液量的使用,降低了损耗,结构简单,使用便捷。
