本发明提供了一种提升充电兼容性的方法、装置及网络设备,其中,应用于车辆,包括:在车辆充电枪插入充电桩的情况下,接收充电桩发送的中止报文,充电中止;其中,中止报文携带本次充电请求的充电请求值的波峰值;在车辆充电枪重新插入充电桩的情况下,根据中止报文携带的充电请求值的波峰值以及本次车辆充电枪的请求电流值,确定本次充电请求携带的充电请求值;发送携带确定的充电请求值的充电请求。在某次插枪充电中止后,拔枪重新插枪,根据中止报文中的充电请求值的波峰值和本次车辆充电枪的请求电流值确定本次充电请求携带的充电请求值,并发送充电请求,从而避免最大输出电流的波峰值大于充电桩的安全阈值导致无法继续充电,解决了此类充电兼容性的问题。
