The invention relates to a new energy automobile with a battery SOC monitoring function and a working method thereof.The new energy automobile is of a double-battery-module structure and is composed of an auxiliary power unit, two battery modules and a driving end, the auxiliary power unit is composed of an engine and a generator, and the two battery modules are connected with the generator and a motor respectively; the driving end is composed of a motor, a speed reducer and a terminal wheel, the motor receives current from the single battery module through a direct-current bus to conduct driving, and torque is transmitted to the wheel through the speed reducer to achieve power transmission. The problem of APU limitation caused by the fact that a group of battery modules cannot be charged and discharged at the same time can be avoided, the working efficiency of the tandem type range extending structure can be effectively improved by limiting the working mode of the efficient working interval of the battery, the service life and the working efficiency of the battery are guaranteed, and the service life of the battery is prolonged. The problem of battery heating caused by frequent charging and discharging is avoided, and the endurance mileage and the service life of the vehicle under unit energy consumption are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种具有电池SOC监测的新能源汽车及其工作方法,新能源汽车采用双电池模组构型,由辅助功率单元、两个电池模组及驱动端构成,辅助功率单元由发动机与发电机组成,两个电池模组分别与发电机和电动机相连接;驱动端由电机、减速器以及终端车轮构成,由电机通过直流母线接受来自单一电池模组的电流而进行驱动,通过减速器将扭矩传递到车轮实现动力的传递。本发明可避免因一组电池模块不能同时充放电而带来的APU限制问题,并通过对电池的高效工作区间工作模式进行了限制,可有效使得串联式增程结构提升工作效率、保证了电池的使用寿命与工作效率,避免由于频繁充放电而造成的电池发热问题,大大提升车辆单位能耗下的续航里程和寿命。
