The individual ECU (11a) controls power supply via the electric wire W. The microcomputer (21) of the individual ECU (11a) increases the average value of the wire current value of the current flowing through the wire W in stages. The microcomputer (21) determines whether or not there is an abnormality in the power supply via the wire (W) on the basis of the temperature difference between the wire temperature of the wire (W) and the ambient temperature around the wire (W) every time the average value of the wire current values is increased.
