The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-dimensional data through a data intelligent subsystem, inhibiting electromagnetic transient impact and/or electromagnetic steady-state harmonic waves, realizing flexible control, acquiring the multi-dimensional data through the data intelligent subsystem, and performing treatment evaluation, neutral section passing process evaluation and flexible system benefit evaluation on the vehicle network electromagnetic environment according to the multi-dimensional data, thereby realizing effective treatment on the vehicle network electromagnetic environment. Real-time dynamic monitoring of train network electromagnetic environment parameters is completed, energy consumption generated in the train running process is reduced, energy conservation and carbon reduction are promoted, the safety and efficiency of railway transportation are improved, the reliability of electrical systems such as locomotives, bullet trains and traction power supply is improved, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
