The invention provides an intelligent parking management method combining dynamic and static traffic. The intelligent parking management method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining the state of a target road and the vehicle distribution state in a set range around the target road; s2, determining a target road section suitable for setting roadside parking spaces according to the state of the target road and the vehicle distribution state; s3, acquiring traffic state information of the target road section, determining whether a parking space is set in the current target road section according to the traffic state information of the target road section, and if so, marking the road section as a parking space road section; s4, collecting information of vehicles on the parking spaces in the parking space road section, and timing and charging the vehicles; s5, acquiring the traffic state of an upstream intersection of the parking space road section, and determining whether the vehicle on the current parking space road section is forbidden to park temporarily according to the traffic state of the upstream road section, if so, notifying the vehicle user to move the vehicle according to the vehicle information acquired in the step S4; according to the method, the road section for setting the parking space is jointly determined based on the static state of the road and the dynamic state of the traffic, and flexible management of the parking space is realized through the dynamic traffic state during parking space setting, so that the parking problem can be effectively solved, the influence on the traffic can be reduced, and the potential safety hazard can be avoided.

    本发明提供的一种动静交通结合的智慧停车管理方法,包括以下步骤:S1.获取目标道路的状态以及目标道路周边设定范围内的车辆分布状态;S2.根据目标道路的状态以及车辆分布状态确定出适合设置路边停车位的目标路段;S3.获取目标路段的交通状态信息,根据目标路段的交通状态信息确定当前目标路段是否设定停车位,如是,则将该路段标记为停车位路段;S4.采集停车位路段中车位上车辆信息,对车辆进行计时计费;S5.获取停车位路段的上游路口的交通状态,并根据上游路段的交通状态确定当前停车位路段车辆是否临时禁停,如是,则根据步骤S4中获取的车辆信息通知车辆用户挪车;通过上述方法,基于道路自身的静态状态和交通的动态状态共同决定设置停车位的路段,而且,在停车位设置,通过动态的交通状态来对车位实现柔性管理,从而能够有效解决停车问题的同时,还能够降低对交通造成影响,避免安全隐患。
