The invention provides a forward design method for optimizing the falling adaptability of a fuselage structure, which is characterized in that the fuselage structure is integrally designed, optimal design structure parameters for controlling the falling adaptability in a complex system of a lower structure of a fuselage passenger cabin are screened out, and a passenger acceleration peak value and an average acceleration are determined as design targets; and establishing a response surface approximation model of a design target, and finally obtaining a final optimization design structure parameter value through a multi-target optimization means. The result shows that the regression model established based on the response surface method can accurately predict the falling and collision response of the actual fuselage structure, and the falling adaptability forward optimization design method provided by the invention is accurate and effective.

    本发明提出一种机身结构适坠性优化正向设计方法,该方法对该机身结构进行整体设计,通过筛选出机身客舱下部结构这个复杂系统中控制适坠性的优化设计结构参数,并确定乘员加速度峰值和平均加速度作为设计目标,建立设计目标的响应面近似模型,最后通过多目标优化手段得到最终的优化设计结构参数取值。结果表明,基于响应面法建立的回归模型可以较为准确地预测实际机身结构的坠撞响应,本发明提出的适坠性正向优化设计方法精确有效。
